Who We Are

We are a worshiping church. Our worship services include both contemporary and traditional styles of worship. Our contemporary service, each Sunday at 8:45 AM, offers a time of worshiping God through sermons, praising God through music, and listening to God through prayer in an informal worship style. Our more traditional worship service at 11:00 AM offers the same elements of worship in a more traditional setting. Come and join us at one of our services.

We are a teaching church. Our Sunday School classes begin at 9:55 AM and provide learning opportunities for people of all ages. In addition, we have various adult classes each quarter. There are evening and daytime Bible studies for adults, the CHOW (CHurch On Wednesday) program on Wednesday evenings, and Vacation Bible School for our community in the summer, and various other opportunities for learning.

We are a mission-based church. We believe in helping others. Our youth and adult mission teams travel to Mexico, Virginia's Eastern Shore, Marion, VA, and to Florida, and Mississippi to assist hurricane victims. We support missionaries and churches in Pasos de Fe, South Africa, Haiti, and Indonesia.
