Bible Study Class
Sunday at 9:00 a.m. in the Parlor
Join us for a lecture style class on the Bible. We usually study one book at a time so we can take a deep dive into the text.
Wednesday Morning Prayer Breakfast
Wednesday at 7:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall
Join us for a hot, homemade breakfast with the men and women of the church. We engage in a brief discussion of the Bible and prayer.
Last Tuesday of the Month at 7:00 p.m. in the Parlor
Gather with a bunch of bibliophiles to discuss a good book once a month in the Parlor. Books are selected based on consensus; some recent selections have been: The Book of Longing, And Then There Were None, Lady Clementine, and Kira and the Sun.
Each Monday, a group of women meet in the parlor to create a beautiful quilt together over discussion and prayer. The quilt is later auctioned off to members of the congregation for a charitable cause of the quilters’ choice.
Second Tuesday of Every Month
Presbyterian Women’s Circles allow women of the church to gather in fellowship, mission, and to do Bible Study. KGPC Presbyterian Women has three Circles: Eve, Lydia, and Elizabeth. Each Circle meets the second Tuesday of the month from September through June. Circles are open to all women of the church. Books will be available and donations to help cover the costs are welcome.
Sundays at 8:45am
June 4 – July 30
In the Parlor or on Zoom
What does it mean to be a Christian? What does it look like to have Christ in you? In his letter to the Galatians, the Apostle Paul offers a profound, yet simple list of nine Christian characteristics: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.
Our music program provides opportunities for all ages and abilities to praise God through music. Our goal is for you to find your place in one of our groups and grow both musically and spiritually with our church family. Ongoing and seasonal opportunities are available.
